Goal: 
Improve the clarity of the action required to upload a document in the Document Information step of the Contribution Wizard. Right now, when you add a file to upload, a Submit button appears. This button is the same blue as the Next button at the bottom of the screen. This is confusing and the Submit button step is being missed.
 

Acceptance Criteria:

Create a new design to ensure the Submit button is a clear step. This design should take the existing conventions into consideration to improve the clarity .
