Goal: 

Goal based statement, with context. Can take the form of “As a <User/Actor>, I Want <to Achieve Some Goal>, so that <Some Reason/Context>”.

• I want to create a smooth User experience with regard to enabling and Managing the Instructlab UI from RHEL-AI.

Acceptance Criteria:

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• The UI should be able to enabled and disabled from simple, 1 line commands
  • Status of UI enablement should be tracked in the Ilab config.
  • Ilab UI status should be updated with the actual status of the UI (IE if it was enabled but the containers are down, this will be reflected in the status)
• There should be an easy way for users to manage upgrades or it should be managed automatically (through systemd or other)
  • Version updates of the UI should not be tied to versions of RHEL-AI
