• Decouple docling document format (json output after docling conversion) from SDG preprocessing.

• Field teams are running into docling version issues. 
• Docling is moving faster than product; field should be able to use latest versions for conversion. 
• SDG decouples preprocessing to the extent where they can consume docling conversion output

• Create a new document for the end user. 

Done - Acceptance Criteria (mandatory - Complete while in Refinement status):

• POCs can enable a new user flow; where field agents provide docling o/p of all documents. 
• Docling document format can be accepted as input to SDG
• No performance/acccuracy regression in ilab workflow
