In the PoC Guidebook in the "Validate Taxonomy" section, specifically Step 2, the instructions require users to delete the existing taxonomy directory in the instance. Upon review, it was clarified that this step is necessary because the default taxonomy contains irrelevant knowledge (e.g., Taylor Swift files).

Instead of requiring manual intervention, the taxonomy skeleton should be cleaned up to exclude Taylor Swift knowledge and other irrelevant files. This ensures that users do not have to delete the default taxonomy before proceeding.

Additionally, the init command allows users to specify a path to an existing taxonomy repository or use the default. The default path should be set to the one created by the user, allowing for a seamless workflow without unnecessary cleanup steps.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • The default taxonomy skeleton is cleaned up to remove irrelevant knowledge (e.g., Taylor Swift files).
      • Step 2 in the "Validate Taxonomy" section is updated accordingly to remove the need for manual deletion.
      • The init command's default taxonomy path is set to the one created by the user, or users are clearly guided to provide their own path.
