Expected behavior
- In using qa.ui.instructlab version of the UI, I tried creating a skills qna.yaml file. While documentation expects the 'version' of skills yaml files to be '2', the yaml I got at the end had 'version: 3'. We should be in sync with our documentation.
- The downloaded yaml I got was also named 'skill.yaml' instead of 'qna.yaml'
- The only location option was under 'grounded' skills, I think we can add compositional skills as well.
