The instructlab team requested in RHELAI-2394 and RHELAI-2891 that we review milvus* DB packages for building in builder. These packages required significant effort to build – new RPMs as well as new wheels.

After discussions with the instructlab team, alternative DBs were discussed in RHELAI-2980. As a result the qdrant DB was selected by both the instructlab team and the builder team.

To ensure these packages continue to build add

qdrant-client
langchain-qdrant
qdrant-haystack
haystack-ai

to the non-accelerated collections requirements in builder.
