With RHEL AI 1.4, we make the instructlab image shared and this requires a small update to the user configuration when updated from an earlier version. The configuration file is available at "/etc/skel/.config/containers/storage.conf" and needs to be copied in the user home as "${HOME}/.config/containers/storage.conf".

New installations are not affected, because the user configuration is populated upon user creation.
