      According to the documentation https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux_ai/1.3/html-single/updating/index#updating_the_system

Upgrading to a z-stream version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux AI shows the usage of  "bootc switch" command

In case of AWS 1.3 (used this image: rhel-ai-nvidia-1.3-1733167100-x86_64.raw)

using `bootc upgrade --apply` results in upgrading to registry.redhat.io/rhelai1/bootc-nvidia-rhel9:1.3

      instead of registry.redhat.io/rhelai1/bootc-aws-nvidia-rhel9:1.3.1-1734449076
