Feature Overview (mandatory - Complete while in New status)
As Intel Gaudi will officially be a supported hardware provider for RHEL AI, we need to implement auto-detection of system profiles for Gaudi 3 GPUs.

Provide high-level goal statement, providing user context and expected user outcome(s) for this Feature

Today, we expect users to follow documentation to add flags and make edits to their config files to create custom files for Intel Gaudi. Once Intel Gaudi 3 is officially supported, we need to make this experience simpler - we need to create system profiles for Gaudi 3 and ensure that this hardware config is auto-detected and users are provided with a system profile they can start using out of the box.
