The $PATH in the bootc-amd container does not include the directory where amd-smi resides, making it inconvenient to use this tool. This issue was found while trying to debugging the issue - https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELAI-1687

      Steps to Reproduce:
      Launch a bootc-amd container.
Attempt to run amd-smi directly from the terminal.
Observe that the command is not found unless the full path to the executable is specified.

      Expected behavior:
      Launch the updated bootc-amd container.
Run the command amd-smi from any terminal session within the container.
      Confirm that:
The command runs successfully without needing the full path.
The output of amd-smi displays correctly, indicating the tool is functional.
