      Goal: 

      The container repositories under https://gitlab.com/redhat/rhel-ai/containers have GIT_TAG in their renovate.json and argfile.conf. The tag points to a seemingly random commit on InstructLab's main branch from July. The container build argument is no longer used and is confusing for reviewers.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • update all repositories
      • remove GIT_TAG from renovate and build arg file setting
