To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Pick latest image ( rhel-ai-nvidia-1.3-1732014878-x86_64-kvm.qcow2) from stage (https://downloads.corp.stage.redhat.com/internal/product/932/ver=1.3/rhel---9/1.3/rhelai-1.3-for-rhel-9-x86_64-isos/x86_64/cs-downloads) and deploy it on IBM Cloud
- Connect as user and run ilab

If executed as root, ilab seems to work just fine
