What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Create role in web UI ends up with error message:

Danger alert:Invalid command payload: wrong value type for field "permission_info_list" - should be "list" instead of value "[['read', 'xpath', '/cib']]" of type "list"

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

pcs-0.11.9-3.el9 for RHEL9 and pcs-0.12.0-5.el10 for RHEL10, previous packages doesn't contain the issue.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

• Go to ACL tab in webUI
• Click button Create Role
• Specify permissions (tried with 'xpath /cib read', but happens also with id) and proceed with the role creation

Expected results

The ACL role is created

Actual results

Creation of the role fails (see attached screenshot)
