      Enable Performance Benchmarks related testing on virt-arm

      User Story
      As a virtual machine owner, users certainly do not want obvious performance regressions. We need to record a standard so that if obvious performance regressions occur in the future, we can quickly locate the starting version for repair after comparison.

      It is also necessary to confirm which hardware to run this test on, because QE resources are limited, we can only enable this test on the most important 1-2 types of hardware.
