mutter 47 does not have the support for viewporters on pointer surface (which is required by the protocol).  GTK 4.18 and newer relies on this functionality, and if it is missing in the compositor, applications get cursors that are too big.

This should probably be backported upstream, and also be put into Fedora 41, to ensure wide-enough testing.
