What were you trying to do that didn't work?
QE founds "DF – InVerif INF Verification" test case failure all the time with the same error message: code 1204, providers cannot be "Microsoft", must be organization who authored INF. BTW, the prewhql271 under Win10-2h2 was passed after QE confirmed on our internal document.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot one HLK guest and discover it in the Job Monitor tab of HLK Manager(Install the HLK Driver from our HLK SMB server (\\<HLK_Server_IP>\HLKInstall\Client)).
2. Run the <WHQL_testcase> in "Windows Hardware Lab Kit"
3. Check the results in the "Results" tab.
Expected results
Pass the test case.
Actual results
Failed with code 1204, providers cannot be "Microsoft", must be organization who authored INF.
