      Steps to reproduce

      1. Remove GRUB_ENABLE_BLSCFG=true entirely from /etc/default/grub file.
      2. Update grub packages from 2.02-160.el8_10 or older  To grub2-common-1:2.02-167.el8_10.noarch versions.
      3. Reboot server

      Expected results

      • GRUB_ENABLE_BLSCFG=true added in /etc/default/grub
      • And It reboots fine

        Actual results

      • GRUB_ENABLE_BLSCFG=true added in /etc/default/grub
      • Reboots fails on grub>
