We have 2 options when it comes to implement the "metapackage" (version-agnostic way of installing any one supported NodeJS stream):
1. Generate set of mostly empty sub-packages from one of the streams (the "any" stream) that would provide the version-agnostic names.
2. Use dedicated component for the metapackage.
Both have benefits and drawbacks, and there is no clear winner. A decision needs to be made.
We should document our reasoning about both of those options, gather wider feedback and then follow make the final decision. Fedora Change process seems to be made for precisely this sort of thing, so let's leverage it.
