Goal

• Introduce new stream nodejs24 into Fedora with improved packaging.

Acceptance criteria

•  nodejs24 package and it's subpackages are available to install and use in Fedora (Rawhide).
• No new rpm conflicts with existing rpms.
• Implementation passed fedora-review.

This ticket represents the part of the process of onboarding the new stream into Fedora, without worrying too much about having the metapackages, alternatives, etc. already in place.
