Goal

• Since the RHEL Atomic Host product is now unsupported, the subscription-manager-plugin-ostree package no longer provides any value. It should be obsoleted and removed from rhel-10 composes.

The original intent of this package was to detect when a subscription was attached to a RHEL Atomic system providing content of type "ostree" and then update the /ostree/repo/config file adding a remote repo entry with a url to the "ostree" content on the cdn together with the tls-client-cert-path to the entitlement granted by the entitlement server (Candlepin). While "ostree" content still exists on the CDN for RHEL subscriptions that provide engID=271:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host and engID=272:Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host Beta, the content requires product tag rhel-atomic-7 which is no longer supported.  Hence subscription-manager-plugin-ostree package provides no value on a RHEL 10 compose.

Acceptance criteria

The subscription-manager-plugin-ostree rpm should no longer be installed on RHEL 10 as a subpackage of subscription-manager.

• Verify subscription-manager-plugin-ostree is obsoleted
• Verify subscription-manager-plugin-ostree will not install with the latest nvr of subscription-manager
