Checking status of rhc on a new system where no insights-client operation has happened fails to get the insights status and shows errror message in output - "
Cannot detect Red Hat Insights status
"
This primarily happens dues to missing ".unregistered" file in /etc/insights-client

How reproducible is this bug?:
Steps to reproduce
- reserve a RHEL 10 beaker system or delete /etc/insights-client/.unregistered
- run rhc status
[root@kvm-05-guest14 ~]# rhc status
Connection status for kvm-05-guest14.lab.eng.rdu2.dc.redhat.com:
● Not connected to Red Hat Subscription Management
𐄂 Cannot detect Red Hat Insights status: exit status 1
● The yggdrasil service is inactive
Expected results
it should correctly display that insights-client is not connected
[root@dell-r640-041 ~]# rhc status
Connection status for dell-r640-041.bkr.lab.eng.rdu2.dc.redhat.com:
● Not connected to Red Hat Subscription Management
● Not connected to Red Hat Insights
● The yggdrasil service is inactive
