Anaconda in text mode displays dots continuously when using the Boot DVD

      This is a regression compared to RHEL 9.6 Boot DVD.

      When installing a system using the RHEL 10.0 Boot DVD, a kickstart specifying "text" and no URL to repositories in the kickstart, the installer shows "dots" forever after "Checking storage configuration" message, instead of displaying the text GUI to select "Installation Source".
      There is no error nor warning to help the user understand what's going on.

      In Graphical Mode all is fine.
