virt-v2v failed to convert VM with errors on the XFS filesystem on /dev/rhel/root

Steps to Reproduce:
Convert VM with uefi via virt-v2v.

Also tried with rhel10.0-bios, rhel9.7-bios, 9.6-bios, 9.6-efi, win2019-efi, sles15sp6-efi, sles15sp6-efi-with-btrfs, conversion can be successful.
