Ansible team found in their tests that restorecon always return 0. This could be problem for checking if restorecon relabeled objects on system.

Restorecon has a new parameter "-c", which makes it display the number of relabeled files. The exit code will be set to 0 only if at least one file is relabeled.
This is useful in case restorecon is used for labeling issue remediation (it is much easier to verify that the remediation was successful).
