What were you trying to do that didn't work?
If you use a systemd link file to rename an interface, dracut on RHEL 9.2 doesn't add the link file to the RAM disk. It works on RHEL 8.8.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

Steps to reproduce
Follow our docs: Configuring user-defined network interface names by using systemd link files
Expected results
Dracut adds /etc/systemd/network/70-provider0.link to the initrd.
Actual results
Dracut does not add /etc/systemd/network/70-provider0.link to the initrd.
