      On a fresh RHEL 9.4 system, the following services are running after uninstall the RHEL version of rdma core

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      How reproducible:

      install rdma-core and remove it afterwards 

      Steps to reproduce

      1. dnf install rdma-core
      2.  rpm -e rdma-core
      3.  systemctl daemon-reload
