What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Moving from rhel9.4 to 9.5, we noticed a lot of apps with inconsistent topbar thickness.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

It makes the user experience very inconsistent and confusing.

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Very easily

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install qt5-designer ( or qt6-designer or slack or discord...)
      2. Open the app
      3. Compare the window topbar with any other application

      Expected results

Window top bar thickness should be consistent between apps. It doesn't matter if it's shorter or taller, it should just be consistent.

I personally perfer the thickness from RHEL 9.4, but at this point it should be customizable.

      Actual results

The Window topbar thickness is inconsistent between apps.

      (See attachment with Red annotations)
