      In all the versions of policycoreutils, /usr/libexec/selinux/selinux-autorelabel ships with this comment that is no longer accurate. It can be confusing for users checking the code:

      # if /sbin/init is not labeled correctly this process is running in the
      # wrong context, so a reboot will be required after relabel
