Description

On openshift systems we make the MTU configure via the CNI, so the pod will have all the network configuration ready before the application start.

This helps us to reduce the capabilities we need to give the pod to be able and run a DPDK application

starting from 24.11 DPDK looks like the PMD driver ties to configure the MTU without checking if the MTU is already configured in the system.
