Description of problem:
It seems that the customer hit that ksmtuned process is consuming 100% CPU problem.
The customer does not need/use ksmtuned. But it seems that ksmtuned is installed/enabled by default in the installation environment of "BASE : server".

How reproducible:
No information
But the customer has 2 of similar servers and it is occurring in both servers.

Actual results:
ksmtuned is installed/enabled by default in the installation environment of "BASE : server".

Expected results:
ksmtuned is NOT installed/enabled by default in the installation environment of "BASE : server".
