[rhel-9] "Test this media & install..." is not the default boot option on ppc64le media

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      The default grub2 boot entry on boot.iso/dvd.iso is not "Test this media & install $product", but just "Install $product". This differs from the other arches (x86_64/aarch64), where the "Test this media & install $product" boot entry is the default.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Different behavior on ppc64le vs. x86_64/aarch64.
