After the initial routine (by now) service: fixes, all tests fail early on. This requires some non-trivial work.

The biggest (so far) problem is that postgresql-setup --initdb is very insistent on calling systemctl with runtime actions. Needs some thinking if we can salvage that with some hacking/mocking, or do the steps (initdb, service setup, etc.) manually.
