Reproduced with libvirt-11.2.0-1.el10.x86_64 , but upstream code looks similar.

floppy support seems entirely gone from qemu on rhel10, but domcapabilities still reports disk device `floppy` and bus `fdc` support.

In theory this is relevant for virt-v2v, to avoid converting floppy VM config on rhel10 hosts: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-90175

(In practice virt-v2v isn't really using domcapabilities but that could change)
