      python3-lldb has been renamed to python3.12-lldb, hence rust-lldb needs to update the dependency.

      This was fixed in RHEL-88547 for the current rhel8 stream (Rust 1.84 at the moment), but we need to bring the change into the rhel_next stream (Rust 1.86). Found in module build rust-toolset:rhel_next:8100020250430175756:613d1be2:
