What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Calling 

sos --upload --upload-protocol <any protocol>

 causes sos to bypass asking for case ID.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

When uploading to the customer portal, it could cause the upload to go to SFTP unless the user has explicitly stated the case ID.

When uploading via SFTP, this could cause the filename to not have the case-id in the compressed name.

Steps to reproduce

1. run 'sos upload --upload-protocol'

Expected results

If the user has not specified --case-id, sos will ask for it.

Actual results

sos continues the upload process without asking for the case ID.
