What were you trying to do that didn't work?

trying to rebuild epel9 update apptainer-1.4.1-1.el9

What is the impact of this issue to you?

latest golang version in c9s is 1.23.4-1.el9, but apptainer requires 1.23.6. In fedora build system golang-1.23.6-2.el9_6 is available.

This is clearly a process error, because update is missing from centos-stream9 and it should be build there too.
