Description of problem:

Cold migrate windows server 2008r2 VM from vCenter 7 to OCP cluster with preserve static ip: on, with installLegacyDrivers: true.

After migration, check the static ip address is no longer existed. The network configuration script hit exception as below, there is no NetAdapter module in VM, Get-NetAdapter hit exception, we need update the commands to support static ip configuration for win2008r2.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Prepare VM: mtv-func-win2008r2-test with two interfaces with static ip settings in vCenter 7.0.3

2) Create cold migration plan with with installLegacyDrivers: true, preserve static ip: on, Mgnt network nic1 -> NAD network1, VM network nic2 -> NAD network2 to migrate VM from vCenter to OCP cluster, the plan executed successfully

3) check the conversion pod log virtio_win: /usr/local/virtio-win.iso", more details in attached file: cold-win2008r2-test-vm-1350-89tfg-virt-v2v.log

4) Login to VM, check the VM with 2 nics, but the static ip settings are no longer existed, they are changed to dhcp settings.

5) Check the network configuration log as below:

6) Run related command in VM hit exception, it's without the NetAdapter module, we need update the script for win2008r2
