      .SOS supports additional files uploading functionality

      With this update, you can now upload arbitrary files to the customer portal and Secure FTP (SFTP) server by using the SOS utility. Previously, there was a limitation to upload only a SOS report archive. For example, you could use the `sos report --upload` command to create and upload a SOS archive only either to the customer portal or a SFTP server. Other than the SOS archive, uploading of other files or even an existing SOS report archive was not possible. As a result of this enhancement, you can directly share `sosreports` or other arbitrary files at the customer portal or a SFTP server by using SOS commands. For example:

      * `sos upload _<filename>_`: To share a single file.
      * `sos report --upload`, `sos collect --upload`: To collect and upload a SOS archive.

      Sos now contains "upload" subcommand allowing arbitrary files to be uploaded not just sosreports.
