Goal

• Based on upstream issue: https://github.com/virtio-win/kvm-guest-drivers-windows/issues/899
• Linux kernel driver supports it since 5.7 release (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=b0c504f154718904ae49349147e3b7e6ae91ffdc).
  It allows QEMU to free unused guest memory on host side and allows overcommiting memory.
