What were you trying to do that didn't work?

sosreport dump is faster but compression takes time, probably the xz and gzip are slow due to being single threaded.

It should be allowed for the users to use:

1. `--no-compress` option or
2. use `pigz` as compression method option

What is the impact of this issue to you?

sosreport collection takes longer time due to using single threaded compression tools like xz.

Fixing this issue could have huge impact as it will speed up sosreport collection for all of our customers / users.

How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

1. collect sosreport on a large environment
2. notice that compression in general takes longer time due to single threaded xz or gzip
3.  

Expected results

• Use multi-threaded compression tool or
• allow using --no-compression option, so they can compress the data later
• allow pigz as compression method

Actual results

• Takes hours to collect sosreports
