Obfuscating the hostname, and iP, and display name gets reverted after some time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make the following changes in /etc/insights-client/insights-client.conf

obfuscate=True
obfuscate_hostname=True
display_name=sahil_satellite

2. Register the host with Insights.
3. It will display the expected hostname, IP, and displayname.
4. Now wait for 2 hours, and these parameters will be changed to their Original value.
5. If you run again insights-client after 2 hours when original value is appearing on Hybrid Cloud Console it will again change back to the obfuscated value and after another 2+hours it will be changed back to its original value.
