      Description

      To broaden the scope of what flatpak can handle, we want to enable flatpak packaged applications to install system services that they need. A typical example is the sysprof profile, which is an application that relies on the sysprofd daemon, which needs to run with system-level privileges to access kernel apis and /proc.
