      As per the subject, redhat-logos currently fails to build from
      source:

      $ git log --oneline | head -1
      1876340 Install watermark.png for the Plymouth spinner theme

      $ centpkg --release c10s mockbuild
      ...
      + popd
      ~/build/BUILD/redhat-logos-100.0
      + cd anaconda
      + make DESTDIR=/builddir/build/BUILDROOT/redhat-logos-100.0-3.el10.x86_64 install
      /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.xxTi50: line 106: make: command not found
      error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.xxTi50 (%install)

      I'm not sure how the latest brew build could succeed in the first
      place, it seems like make might have been dragged in by something
      else. Maybe an unrelated package has changed its own Requires since,
      thus exposing the missing BuildRequires in this one?

      Either way, adding a BuildRequires on make is the obvious fix and
      can't possibly do any harm :)
