What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Running Remote Desktop solution using TigerVNC with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 server. Since a while it's being noticed that the screen does not properly update from time to time for various different application (examples will be shared)

What is the impact of this issue to you?

The Environment is being used for VDI purpose. Specific number of people are working day in and day out on those Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 systems using VNC for general office and development purpose.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

It was validated from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.2 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 with the different version of TigerVNC on both Client and Server side.

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Random and rather difficult

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.5 with TigerVNC server
      2. Have another client with VNCViewer and connect to the server
      3. Open Firefox and create/close Tabs repeately until the plus sign to create a Tab is stuck in it's location

      Expected results

Screen to properly refresh and avoid stuck/frozen screen at any given time

      Actual results

Screen refresh somewhat stuck from time to time. Refreshing using the mouse cursor is possible but not really feasible and fairly annoying for the end-users.
