      Remove several ancient, deprecated options from virt-v2v. They are:

      • --vddk-*
      • --vdsm-*
      • --compressed
      • --qemu-boot
      • --no-trim
      • --vmtype
      • --password-file

      --no-trim and --vmtype don't do anything. The other options have all been replaced by --io vddk-*, -oo * and -ip options.
