Goal

As an EPEL packager of KDE Plasma, I want wayland-protocols upgraded to at least v1.44, so that building KDE Plasma will continue to work. This is particularly because color-representation is included in this release. Support is currently planned for the next KDE Plasma release.

Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Verify wayland-protocols package is v1.44 or higher
• Verify color-representation protocol definition is included
