For each heap (64 MiB region in an arena), we should provide information what is likely keeping this heap alive (e.g., stuck fastbins, tcache allocations). Especially for those heaps that have low utilization.

There are already per-arena tcache counts, but this data is hard to interpret (in relatioon to the gaps/unallocated chunk counts).
