Run a virt-v2v-inspector on running VM.
What is the impact of this issue to you?
It's blocking creation of MTV feature to inspect the guests while running https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MTV-2427.

Steps to reproduce
- Have a running VM and run virt-v2v-inspector
virt-v2v-inspector -i libvirt -ic vpx://administrator%40vsphere.local@10.185.151.30/nested8-devqedatacenter-1/host/nested8-devqecluster-1/10.185.151.31?no_verify=1 -ip /etc/secret/secretKey --root first -it vddk -io vddk-libdir=/root/vmware-vix-disklib-distrib -io vddk-thumbprint=FE:E9:49:01:F7:45:C8:9C:2E:B1:28:87:4E:BE:D9:64:AB:BA:77:42 -io vddk-snapshot=moref=snapshot-200 -v -x -- mnecas-fedora-server2
Expected results
Run the virt-v2v-inspector on the VM.
Actual results
virt-v2v-inspector: error: libvirt domain 'mnecas-fedora-server2' is
running or paused. It must be shut down in order to perform virt-v2v
conversion
