• firefox-115.9.1-1.el8_9 or firefox-128.8.0-1.el8_10) and (nss-util-3.101.0-11.el8_8 or nss-util-3.90.0-6.el8_9

How reproducible is this bug?:

• This can only be reproduced in the United States thus far

Steps to reproduce

1. Install OS with FIPS mode enabled
2. Use versions of Firefox noted above
3. attempt to authenticate to outlook via Firefox

Expected results

• Works normally

Actual results

• Fails with error

Additional notes

• Only fails in the US
• Attempts to reproduce this by LATAM support engineers fails and it works normally
• Certificate and connection all appear to be FIPS 140-3 compliant
• Can be worked around by using Mozilla's build of firefox or if you use Mozilla's version of libnssutil3.so and add it to /usr/lib64/firefox, but this workaround is NOT necessary outside of the US for some reason.
