Snapshot Manager is available on Centos 10, RHEL 9.6 and later

Update to be compatiable with legacy code that is already deployed.

      Enhancement:

Use Snapshot Manager as a interface to LVM volumes rather than the LVM CLI.
      https://github.com/linux-system-roles/snapshot/issues/96

      Reason:

Snapshot Manager will allow support for more volume types that are not just LVM. (Stratis, BTRFS)

      Result:

Issue Tracker Tickets (Jira or BZ if any):
      RHEL-64447
      RHEL-61488

      Goal

      • As a system roles user, I want to be able to manage snapshots using the same logic as the new snapshot manager tool, so that the same logic is being used to manage snapshots whether via system roles or not

      Acceptance criteria

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

      • Verify the snapshot manager provider is used by default on 9.6 and later
      • Verify the full battery of existing integration tests passes using the snapshot manager provider
